Large salver with wide rim and raised central area with whirling petals. The upper surface engraved with roundels and cartouches of interlace, plaited pseudo-kufic and foliate designs. Central roundel engraved with European blazon flanked by the letters P-Z (which are also engraved on the underside). The blazan and letters are executed by a different hand, probably inlaid originally in Europe. Register " R shield bendy, arms of Zen". Made of brass.
