Sand-shaker with moulded globular body with indentations, raised shoulded, flaring neck damaged and cut down, ring foot, unglazed base. Stonepaste fabric, white slip, yellow underglaze, transparent colourless glaze, lustre overglaze.Decorated with band of hexagons on sides bordered by lustre and yellow containing arabesque in a hexagon alternating with lustre and yellow teardrop shape within hexagon. Below shoulder band of yellow and lustre horizontal chevrons, On shoulder single tulips separated by vertical bands of chevrons. Hatching on neck. Interior of neck glazed but not lustred.
