Lower part of oval jug; part of a strap handle remaining; the neck, rim and spout missing. Pale buff earthenware, covered on the outside with presumed tin glaze (not the base); painted in dark blue and yellow with a plant stem within a ladder-bordered circular panel. Glaze has run one side of the body. Interior has semi-translucent brownish glaze.
