Dish or plate with well and sloping sides. Earthenware, covered on the front with a presumed tin-glaze and on the back with a lead-glaze. Painted on the front in blue, matt red, green and golden lustre, with a pattern of floral scrollwork and in the centre a shield of arms (not identified), at the base of the shield are the letters "GV" and "CA". The edge is lustred.
