Plate without foot ring. Earthenware covered entirely with a thick opaque green glaze, painted on the rim with a running foliate garland and within this a ring of crosses. In the centre drawn with mantling and an open crown, a shield of arms painted in red, black, white, yellow and reserved green, a shield of arms (1) and (4) Aquaviva, (2) and (3) Ruffo. The sub-quarterings in the fourth quarter are reversed as against the first quarter.
