Plate, shallow depression with convex centre, pronounced foot ring, rim slightly warped. Earthenware covered front and back with a blue-grey (berettino) tin-glaze. Centre is painted with a pair of putti leaning on a shield of arms, for Francesco Guicciardini and his wife Maria Salviati. The well is decorated with stylized foliate motifs and a ladder pattern. On the rim grotesque ornament and four tablets with the date "1525". On the reverse a mark.
