Suit of armour, comprising helmet (in the form of a nobleman's hat, with cherry-blossom crest) and mask of iron, gilded wood and cord epaulieres, double cuirass gilt and lacquered (outer breastplate made of strips of lacquered and gilt wood bound with coloured cord), a pair of leggings, sleeves of a kind of mail, strengthened with chased steel plates. The whole, with nos. 166-167 (long and short swords), mounted on a lay figure.
