Mould-made pottery lamp with a voluted rounded-tipped nozzle (restored), a narrow flat shoulder and an inward-sloping moulded rim. Between the nozzle volutes is an air-hole. The discus is decorated with the peasant farmer Tityrus watching over sheep and goats. Behind him is the name TITVRVS in relief. On the right is a tree with a bird's nest. The lamp stands on a base-ring. Covered with a finger-marked orange-brown slip.
